Terms and Conditions:
 

The following Terms and Conditions apply to any and all purchases of appointments, courses, e-books, or content from Jennifer Van Allen, whether as a patient, client, or customer. By accessing these materials or services, you attest that you have read, understood, and agree to the Terms and Conditions outlined in this Agreement.

All materials, appointments, courses, and services offered are provided under the framework of a Private Membership Association (PMA) and are subject to this private mutual agreement. By engaging with these offerings, you acknowledge and agree to waive any rights to public legal jurisdiction over the services provided.
 

Private Membership Association (PMA) Agreement

By purchasing appointments, courses, e-books, or content, you voluntarily enter into a Private Membership Association (PMA) with Jennifer Van Allen. This agreement establishes that:
   1.    Your participation is governed solely by the terms of this private mutual agreement.
   2.    All interactions, advice, materials, and services are provided exclusively within the scope of this PMA.
   3.    Services, materials, or advice are not subject to federal, state, or local consumer protection laws, and disputes will be handled privately per the terms of this agreement.
   4.    Before entering into this Private Membership Association Agreement, if you have any questions, it is your responsibility to reach out to support@jennifervanallen.com and ask your questions.
 

Use of Materials

All materials provided as part of appointments, courses, or e-books are for the sole use of the patient/client/customer who has purchased them. Sharing, copying, or reproducing these materials in any form is strictly prohibited without written consent from Jennifer Van Allen.
 

Intellectual Property:
   1.    All rights to the materials remain the sole property of Jennifer Van Allen.
   2.    You agree not to:
   •    Copy, modify, or distribute any course materials.
   •    Record, replicate, or share materials without written permission.
 

Refunds and Cancellation Policy

All sales for appointments, courses, and materials are final. As a small business and PMA, Jennifer Van Allen does not offer refunds under any circumstances.
 

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, a credit will be issued for a future appointment at a more convenient time. 

For Community Membership, a 30-day notice is required. Any billings paid are non-refundable.
 

Services Disclaimer

Jennifer Van Allen does not diagnose, prescribe, treat, or heal. All information shared during appointments, in courses, or through materials is for educational purposes only and is provided solely within the framework of the Private Membership Association (PMA).
 

By engaging with these services, you agree that any use of the information is at your own discretion and responsibility. Jennifer Van Allen is not liable for any outcomes resulting from the use or application of this information.
 

Patient/Client/Customer Participation

All appointment information, e-books, course contents, posts, and media are part of the Private Membership Association (PMA) and are for educational purposes only. All content is created as fun educational material for you to choose to actively participate in based on your desired goals.
 

Examples of participation include:
   •    Adjusting lifestyle habits such as diet, hydration, and sleep.
   •    Exploring personalized educational approaches, including meditation, journaling, or biohacking techniques.
   •    Actively engaging in self-directed actions to support your personal goals.
 

By participating, you acknowledge that the success of these activities depends on your willingness to make changes and take an active role in your personal health journey.
 

Limitation of Liability

Under this PMA, Jennifer Van Allen is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation. By engaging with these services, you expressly agree:
   1.    To release Jennifer Van Allen from all legal liability.
   2.    That participation is entirely voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.
   3.    That liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service or material.
 

Technology Requirements

It is the responsibility of the patient/client/customer to ensure they have adequate hardware, software, and internet access to participate in courses or appointments. Jennifer Van Allen is not responsible for issues related to connectivity or technology failure.
 

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Virginia. All disputes will be handled privately under the PMA framework or, if necessary, within Virginia jurisdiction.
 

Privacy Policy

All data shared by members is handled confidentially under the PMA and is not disclosed to third parties without consent.
